All pricing of our goods and services is in Australian dollars.
Prices stated on this website are subject to review and change and we reserve all rights to do so.
Cancellations
Cancellations made by us
We will always do our best to make sure all goods and services are available as advertised on our website. However we reserve the right to cancel all and any goods and services offered within this website without notice for any reason. In the event we have to make a cancellation or cannot supply the goods and services advertised that you have purchased you will be offered the option to reschedule or be given a full refund. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the goods and services purchased and we are not liable for any other loss associated with the cancellation.
Cancellations made by you
If you need to make a cancellation or reschedule please let us know as soon as possible.
If you notify us before 72 hours of you scheduled booking you will receive a full refund.
If you notify us between 72 hours and 3 hours before your scheduled booking you will be given the opportunity to reschedule upon payment of a $20 service fee per person.
If you notify us within three hours of your scheduled booking this will be considered a no show and no refund shall be given.
For group bookings of 4 or more.
We require notice of 8 days or more prior to the scheduled event in order to be able to provide a full refund.
If you give us notice between 72 hours to 7 days prior to the scheduled event you will have the opportunity to reschedule upon payment of a service fee of $20 per person.
If you notify us within less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled event no refund shall be given and you will not be eligible to reschedule.
Private Functions
When booking a private function a non-refundable deposit of $400 is required at the time of booking to secure your time slot.
The balance must be paid not less than 14 days prior to the scheduled booking.
In the event you cancel your booking no refund will be given.
In the event you need to reschedule your event the following fees will apply.
- 30 days or more notice 20% of the deposit amount
- 15-30 days notice 50% of the deposit amount
- 8-14 days notice 50% of total booking fee
- 7 days or less notice 75% of total booking.
In the event we are required to cancel a booking or reduce numbers of a booking due to government requirements we will offer you the opportunity to reschedule your booking and/or a refund for the numbers that need to be reduced.
Photography
By booking one of our events you consent to being photographed by our staff during the event and give consent for us to use any images for promotion of our business. You acknowledge and accept that all such material is the property of pigment107.
We encourage you to take photos during the session and publish them on social media. However, it is forbidden to take photos of other attendees without their express permission to do so. .
It is forbidden to take photos of a minor unless you are the parent or guardian of the minor to be photographed.
Alcohol
Pigment107 is a BYO venue and as such no liquor license is required. However we maintain a responsible drinking policy and reserve the right to remove any person whom is intoxicated or deemed to be intoxicated by our staff. Also we reserve the right to deny access to the premises to any person deemed to be intoxicated by our staff.
In the event any person is removed from or denied access to the premises no refund of ticket or tickets shall be given.
It is prohibited for any person under the age of 18 to consume alcohol on the premises and we reserve the right to ask for proof of age at any time whilst on our premises if alcohol is being consumed. Anyone under 18 consuming alcohol on the premises will be removed from the premises and no refund shall be given.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.
Personal belongings
It is the responsibility of patrons to take care of their personal belongings and pigment107 takes no responsibility for any damage or loss that may occur to personal belongings while on the premises.
Respect of staff and other patrons
All patrons by booking through this website agree to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards all other patrons and staff members. Pigment107 reserves the right to remove from the premises any persons deemed by staff to be behaving disrespectfully, in which case no refund shall be given.
Liability
Pigment107 is in no way responsible for any losses or damages incurred either by use of this website or in the purchase of any goods and services provided through this website and takes no responsibility to the extent permitted by law for any losses or damages. It is the responsibility of any persons using this website or purchasing goods and services to assess the accuracy and validity of any information provided on this website. By using this website and/or purchasing goods and services through this website you accept all responsibility and indemnify pigment107 against any claims for losses or damages incurred as a result of use of this website.
